missingWrote a review on Mar 04clean roomeasy accessoverpriced dining
The location next to the park entrance makes for easy access to early sunrise tours. The twin room was clean and comfy, exceeding expectations for a jungle getaway.
The restaurant's food pricing is outrageous, with bland dishes and small portions. Expect cold eggs for breakfast and bathrooms in terrible condition—no hot water and unpleasant odors. Additionally, the checkout experience was frustrating, as charges were incorrectly presented, and communication barriers due to staff's limited English compounded the issues.

Staying here offered a unique opportunity to hike during both sunrise and sunset, creating unforgettable experiences. The guides, especially Luis for the sunset tour, were knowledgeable and attentive. Transportation from the airport was seamless with Ruben, who was friendly and informative. However, the mosquito netting on the windows made it difficult to sleep, and the lack of air conditioning in such a humid environment was challenging. While the gardens were beautiful, better maintenance could enhance the overall comfort of the stay.
